It was a frozen dairy dessert emergency after having dinner. My husband suggested we stop and try this place. Very old fashion atmosphere and menu! We pulled up to the drive through menu, it took a bit for the worker to come. Perhaps they were busy inside? The malt machine was acting up so we opted for a Strawberry milkshake. A tad bit pricey. Husband, kid, and wife approved. No pictures were taken due the deliciousness.

I had a chili cheeseburger with fries. Burger was cooked perfect and the chili was on point. Fries were good as well. The man at the counter was personable and the food was ready within 5-10 minutes. Restaurant was neat and clean. I will be going back here again. Thank you for the pleasant experience.
This is a place that has a lot of options that I know nothing about. All we've had are the burgers, and this review is just about them. For a burger and fries, this is the best place in Citrus Heights. Everything is made to order, so don't go when you're in a hurry---the burgers are great, but will take a while. My favorite is the Colossal Burger, but we've loved everything off of the gourmet burger menu. You order at the counter, and get a burger about 10-15 minutes later (a longer wait sometimes), and it is worth the wait. The decor is nothing fancy, but the place is clean and the staff give good service. If you have the time for a burger to savor, this is worth a go.
